A clock counts down reminding us all, how long we have to carry out a promise made to Caitlin Jean, by her Granma Kerry to make it a better world for Caitlin and all children by the year 2015.

In the year 2000,  Kerry Bowden  a grandmother in Queensland, Australia, made a   Promise  to her then one day old third grandchild. A simple promise to work the rest of her life to make it a better world for Caitlin Jean by the year 2015 and to do this Kerry knew she would have to also promise to work to make it a better world for all children.

On the 30th November 2005 Granma Kerry launched  The Promise Club   This is indeed a very special fifth brithday present for Caitlin Jean and the children of the world. A website where the adults of the world can leave their promises and   Actionist the Unicorn   will stand guard and where the   Futurists   (Children of the World) can see very clearly if these promises are being kept.   By the end of 2005 Granma Kerry had already spent 5 years on a very personal journey of learning. Getting as she says her  Promise Degree  working out how she could keep that promise.

The Promise Club is the results of that journey. To learn more about  Granma Kerry  and her wonderful International Board  and  Guardians  who are helping her keep that promise. We hope this will inspire you to want to join us and become a big part of The Promise Club's success
